The latest version of TrueView People Counter™ embedded has become a huge success since the release this summer, already being installed in hundreds of locations world wide.

The new version has been upgraded with additional useful features. These include functionality for generating events in real time, comma separated data output, setting time resolution on data output, and improved night detection mode for low light conditions.

The new version has a lot of new features:

Events

TrueView People Counter™ can be set to trigger events on people passing under the camera, setting a times tamp on each individual passage. This information can be used e.g. to monitor the number of people entering together (size of shopping units) or to trigger actions by peripheral equipment.

CSV files

TrueView People Counter™ gives you the option to generate CSV (comma separated value) files. It is also possible to customize the formatting of the files to better align with your internal data format.

Data time resolution

For increased flexibility, TrueView People Counter™ now gives you the option to choose different time resolutions when exporting data to XML or CSV. Beside the default 15 minutes, you can also request data with 1 hour or 24 hours resolution.
